Andrew Lenahan is a licensed general contractor with over 11 years of experience building new and rehabilitation construction in Florida. He has delivered over 2,400 units comprising $216M+ in real estate projects, exceeding three million square feet of mixed-use multifamily, commercial, office and retail space. As a LEED AP, Andrew built the first LEED Certified Silver affordable housing project in Miami-Dade County, and continues to champion efforts for energy- and environmentally-conscious design. A Leadership Miami graduate, Andrew received nomination for the Carlos Arboleya Award and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Award. As the Co-Chairman of the Young Constructors Forum, Andrew was awarded YCF Person of the Year for 2011. Andrew currently serves on the board of the South Florida Association of General Contractors. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami’s School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing with a minor in Foreign Languages.
