Andrew Lenahan is a licensed general contractor with over 11 years of experience building new and rehabilitation construction in Florida. He has delivered over 2,400 units comprising $216M+ in real estate projects, exceeding three million square feet of mixed-use multifamily, commercial, office and retail space. As a LEED AP, Andrew built the first LEED Certified Silver affordable housing project in Miami-Dade County, and continues to champion efforts for energy- and environmentally-conscious design. A Leadership Miami graduate, Andrew received nomination for the Carlos Arboleya Award and the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Rising Star Award. As the Co-Chairman of the Young Constructors Forum, Andrew was awarded YCF Person of the Year for 2011. Andrew currently serves on the board of the South Florida Association of General Contractors. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of Miami’s School of Business and holds a bachelor’s degree in International Finance and Marketing with a minor in Foreign Languages.

David Polinsky, Ph.D. is an engineer, real estate developer/builder and local community change agent.  He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Cornell University, a Master’s Degree in Financial Risk Management from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley.  After co-founding and running a high-tech company in the Silicon Valley for 20 years, he moved to Vancouver, Canada. From there he developed affordable housing, and luxury town-home styles lofts in West Hollywood, California.  In 2011, he moved back to Miami where he has been assembling a portfolio of live/work development sites in Wynwood as well as serving as a Director of the Wynwood Business Improvement District and Chair of its Planning and Transportation Committee. His aspirations are to build art-infused, boutique commercial/residential projects that serve as a model for smart infill development in Wynwood and beyond.

Bradley R. Carlson is an investment manager, real estate investor and social philanthropist with wide-ranging experience in business and the nonprofit sector. He holds a Master’s degree in public policy from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government, a BS in journalism and psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and has completed programs in finance and private wealth management at New York University and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. Bradley was an urban pioneer in New York City’s Meatpacking District and Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood where he owns several properties. He serves on the boards of directors of two nonprofit organizations: The National Gay and Lesbian Task Force, the nation’s oldest omnibus LGBT rights organization, and Development in Gardening (“DIG”), an international NGO that helps people affected by HIV/AIDS in developing nations achieve food security.
